We create in the moment, but for everlasting value.
Here is a prepositional approach to grasp the meaning or essence of the idea of everlasting to enhance how we build value into the things we create and our reasons for doing so. Prepositions “are a class of words used to express spatial or temporal relations or mark various semantic roles.”
Of…and — how does what we create contribute to the increase of good governance and of everlasting peace?
On…over — what great godly tradition does it build upon and where is the evidence of such tradition over our creative processes and economy (accountability)?
To…and — how do increased good governance and lasting peace serve to establish our creative processes and strengthen our productivity?
With…from…and — with justice and righteousness, from now and forever.
To create with lasting value is to create into a promise and potential that we may never see with our eyes in our lifetime. Prepositional creativity helps to think about how our creativity is part of the ongoing and overarching zeal of the Creator moving through history past, present, and future.
Consider,
What of your creativity? How do you build everlasting value into what and how you create?
