Are we losing our creative standing? If so, how do we regain it?

Who doesn’t want peace and stability? Yet it appears that we work hard at ensuring a secure place for war and disruption in the world. It seems that we’ve lost our standing as stewards of creativity. We’ve made creativity to be what we alone can imagine and do in our human capacities. But could there be more to creativity than what is conceivable purely in human terms alone? And if so, how do we regain our creative standing?

In reality, we cannot deal dishonestly with ourselves and others and expect to live with peace. Why not? It is contrary to the nature of creativity, the overarching principle that governs the universe in the way all things are intended to work together. Principles don’t exist in isolation—people choose to create, to believe, and to live by (or not) principles. The principle of creativity is a shared characteristic of created beings. Trees, animals, people are all created and to an extent share a common dignity because of their inherent creative standing in proximate relationship with and to the Creator. They share in a common dignity that is inherently creative in nature because of their common under-standing that they are created by the Creator. The capacity and ability to be instruments of peace and stability is directly proportional to our standing with the Creator. The thing is are we in good creative standing with the Creator? Or, are we off-balance?

We can never truly be in good standing with the Creator of Creativity in and of ourselves, unless we assume that we too are perfect, which we aren’t by any means. To be in a good standing with the Creator implies that we stand before the Creator in faith, perhaps doubting our inherent capacities to be perfect but trusting in the Creator’s ability to indeed bring us into creativity’s Perfect Love. And love never fails.

Consider,

Where do we see ourselves in terms of creative standing with or proximity to creativity’s ultimate goal—becoming more and more in balance with creativity’s Perfect Love?
