We can know our hearts are closed to compassion for others; it is evident in a spirit of arrogance that feeds off putting others down, as a lion lurks in ambush eager to tear apart and devour its prey.

We seldom cast ourselves as dis-compassionate lurking lions! Yet many are hapless victims of power play in our human life and work systems. 

Before we jump to constructing rules for living and work, a.k.a DEI, let’s confront and subdue the enemy within.
