No. People from every religious tradition, spiritual movement, or no religious affiliation are welcome. All participants are expected to learn from one another, respect one another’s backgrounds and beliefs, and engage seriously with the pathway’s Christian foundations. Some teaching draws explicitly from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, the Bible, Christian traditions, and the witness of Christian scholars and practitioners—including Christianity’s historical encounters with other worldviews and faiths. Participants are invited to respond honestly from their own convictions and to join respectful dialogue directed toward the common good.
Theology is integral, but the pathway is not classroom study alone. Theological interpretation is joined to formation, stakeholder engagement, design, experimentation, reflection, and a culminating contribution.
No. Complex change cannot be guaranteed. The pathway develops your capacity to discern, design, act, learn, collaborate, and steward a responsible contribution in context.
