Uday stewards Estuary Cultures, a vision to help catalyze processes of creativity inspiring worship and mission through the church distributed. He pilots the Academy for Creativity, Research, & Design – “helping people be their creative best,” which includes a focus on research and development to further equip the church distributed in articulating some ways in which it understands and participates in the creativity of God for mission.
