Creativity’s bountiful generosity undergirds and causes my will to sing and to keep on singing songs of joy and thankfulness. Such experience of creativity promotes praise. Genuine praise for Another opens a mutual pathway for trust. Doing so at the cost of denying oneself establishes it. Transforming why we work changes how we work.

Writing this post made me think of a song that I used to hear when coming home from school. My mother would have the “lunch hour” radio playing…. In retrospect, blessed home environments make for blessed workplaces. Learning to sing at home helps to teach others to sing at work.
